We work small, work specifically, and work by relationship — whether the engagement is an acquisition, a sale, a collection strategy, or a brand × artist project.
Process

We listen first. Before any roster, deck, or budget, we want to understand what the brand or institution is actually trying to say — and whether the artist they have in mind (or the one we'd suggest) can authentically say it.
ii.
From collaborators to logistics, we shape a plan that reflects the project's values and constraints in equal measure. Most projects fail in this phase. Ours don't.
iii.
We lead the production — curating, sourcing, installing, producing — so the finished work feels considered, complete, and true to both parties.
